Open to full-time roles — Ontario
Mechanical engineering, carried through to delivery.
I’m Kavishan Goolcharan, a mechanical engineer from the University of Toronto. My work spans structural design and simulation, materials research, and on-site safety leadership — each project taken from concept through to a verified, working result.

What that means day to day.
Scope before solving
Every project starts with the actual constraint — budget, schedule, or the standard it has to meet — confirmed before a design decision is made.
Verify before committing
Simulation, testing, and a second review happen before material is cut or a system goes live — not after.
Own it to completion
A project isn’t finished at handoff. I stay accountable for the result through delivery and beyond.
