Overview

The installation of a curved glass skylight over the Toronto Eaton Centre required continuous crane operation, material deliveries, and trade coordination above an active retail environment. My role was to manage the safety compliance and logistics that made that possible.

I coordinated daily site safety compliance and logistics planning for a crew exceeding forty personnel, including the crane-lift and delivery schedules the site operated on.

I also redesigned the company’s health-and-safety documentation system. That system was a contributing factor in seele Canada earning its IHSA COR certification — the Canadian construction industry’s national safety standard.
